Kinnarps is still in a start-up phase in Brazil. Even though we are doing good business our strategy is continuously to keep fixed costs and overhead at a minimum. For this reason we keep a small organization, with focus on top quality design, order, delivery, assembly and after-sales service. Next step in recruitment would be a logistics coordinator and local sales resources in Rio de Janeiro and Curitiba. HR issues are for the time being handled by managing director.Accounting and administration as well as delivery, assembly and after-sales are outsourced.

We require command in English to enable our staff to communicate with order, sales-support, production and delivery at the factory in Sweden. In a small organization it is imperial that everybody can substitute each other in most situations.
